I believe it's actually the default password. And no default commands
show up in the config... I seem to recall hearing this someplace. Go
figure. :)

Strange but true, in the case of HSRP the "cisco" password is not
allowed. (I'm guessing because it has been used in too many examples and
training classes.) Try any other password and it will work (e.g.,
"ciscoA").
