Another alternative is to have a basic image on your routers, say 12.1 and
run a TFTP server on your workstation. Connect your PC to the lab and have
routing in place. I've done that to save on money. Just make sure that you
have your boot commands in proper order.

Try Ebay. I've gotten flash from sellers there many times - all without any
problem. And, it's also probably the cheapest source.
