1. Change network type
2. Redistribute connected
3. Area range command

Subject: Distributing loopback into OSPF

In one of IPExpert 5.0 exercises, I had to distribute loopback IP
addresses into OSPF without the /32 mask...they had to be seen with
24-bit subnets. It states in the notes that there are 3 ways of doing
this. I could only think of two:

1. change the network type of the loopback interfaces so that it doesn't
default to /32 mask. 2. redistribute connected and summarize the
addresses with a /24 mask

I can't think of the third way.

any ideas?

Thanks!

James
