What do you understand if the question says:

"Ensure that all your BGP speaking routers have connectivity to prefixes
due users have been reporting connectivity problems to thoses BGP's
learned ones." ,... neighboring with loopback intercafes?, syncro with
IGP that means redistribution BGP/IGP?,...
