All,

I'm thinking about buying a Pix 501 for study. In looking at the Pix software page on CCO, it almost looks like the 3DES license is a free upgrade from the single DES or even non-encrypted version. Can anyone verify that this is true? The 3DES ones on EBay seem to be about $150 more than the others.
