OSPf Network command

Dear all,

Just wonder what is the difference of configuring ospf using host addreess and
network address under router configuration, example as below:

Using host address:

router ospf 1
network 192.168.1.1 0.0.0.0 area 0

Using network address:

router ospf 1
 network 192.168.1.0 0.0.0.255 area 0
