Subject: back-to-back FR encapsulation

Hi group,

Are thery configuration samples that allow running FR encapsulation over
back-to-back serial cable. I tried to run in my Cisco 2500, but fails.

regards,
alec

interface Serial1
 ip address 1.1.1.5 255.255.255.0
 encapsulation frame-relay
 frame-relay intf-type dce
end

R5#conf t
Enter configuration commands, one per line. End with CNTL/Z.
R5(config)#int s1
R5(config-if)#clock rate 64000
%Error: This command applies only to DCE interfaces
R5(config-if)#
