I can not make PPP callback work with tacacs

When I add:

dialer map ip 145.45.45.4 name router4 class dialer1
broadcast 4081111111

on server side, everything works fine.

Then I removed it, it did callback but disconnect in 3
seconds.

When I debug aaa authen, debug aaa author, and debug
ppp authen, I saw no error.

Does anyone know what's the problem?
