The 'dialer watch-list <group-number>delay disconnect <disconnect-time>'
appears to do the exact same thing as the 'watch-disable'. They both wait
for X amount of seconds after the primary route comes back to disconnect the
BRI. The 'dialer watch-list <group-number>delay disconnect
<disconnect-time>' is the newer of the two being introduced in 12.2(8)T. I
would say that since this is a 12.2 test now, if this came up in the lab I
would use the newer version.
