I think this is as good a time as any to thank Jeff Kesemeyer for being so generous in sharing his excellent book with us-- for free. I spent a good deal of time studying a much earlier version of his outline, and found its content to be very instructive. I just went to Jeff's website, www.bradshawlabs.com, and had a look at the new version, and I was astounded by the breadth of coverage and how much "polish" he has added to the document.

I would certainly read Jeff's free 296 page document before buying a document that may have similar scope and content, to say the least.

Also, the whole idea of a "shortcut" to the CCIE seems a bit doubtful and misleading. Of course, a product can purport to be more than it can possibly be, and still be a valuable product (CCIE "All-in-One" books come to mind), but still, I would make thorough use of Jeff's book first.
