Do you have any ports assigned to those VLANs yet? I think an active trunk
will bring up the VLAN interfaces as well.

Subject: 6509 Question

Hello Group,Quick simple question, I have a dual MSFC on a 6509 Chassis
with of course dual Sups.trying to config intervlan routing.created 15
vlan interfaces on the MSFCs after I've of course created the VLANs on
the switch. the problem is that the vlans on the MSFC are all showing
dn/dn except vlan 19 interface ( which happens to be the managment vlan
on the switch ). I'm note sure if these vlans are supposed to be dn/dn,
and/or what can be done to bring them up. On the side note, I've entered
the command no shut for all interfaces. appreciate the help. Thanks,Eyad
