PPP Multilink question

I'm working on some practice labs and the requirement is to automatically
bring up 2 BRI channels when connected.

Now, I see 2 ways of doing this.

1) ppp multilink link minimum 2

2) ppp multilink load-threshold 1

Any thoughts one which is the "best" way, or correct way?
