I myself have experienced too many issues with Ciscoworks. Opening a TAC
case for support normally doesn't result in any progress either. I would be
very interested in a mailing list just for this product. I am sure that we
could provide a lot better support amongst ourselves. I don't want to be
too negative about the product because it does have great potential, but it
really has major programming issues. I too am running the Windows version
which consist of: Windows 2000, 3 gig of ram, 2 2.5 gig processors. 5th
edition with latest patches.
