If I remember correctly they are using tera term and you are allowed to use
multiple windows or just one.

I was wondering if anyone knew what terminal services program we get to use
on the LAB? I know it's a windows 2000 workstation, but was wondering if
anyone knew what program, and also can you have multiple windows open or
only one window?
