Aldo,

I had a similar problem with the Emutel Pro. I had to send it back to them
for repair. Contact darren@arca-technologies.com. He can troubleshoot it
over the phone and tell you if you need to send it back. They replaced mine
free of charge (except shipping I think) without any hassle. Give it a try.
