Hi,
Here some info about "no-alias"
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/tech/tk648/tk361/technologies_white_paper09186a00
80091cb9.shtml
<http://www.cisco.com/en/US/tech/tk648/tk361/technologies_white_paper09186a0
080091cb9.shtml>
and here some example where it can be used:
http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/707/same-ip.html
<http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/707/same-ip.html>
I don't get any difference between using or not using keyword "no-alias".
Whenever I tried it the result was the same. As far I understand from the
above link,
"no-alias" will diasable ARP replies for NAT pool addresses...
but I'm not sure.. it doesn't seem to be the case
What does it mean "software will generate an alias" what is it alias in this
case ?
Can somebody explain ?
Thanks,
Dmitry
