Issue BGP Persistent Oscillation

Regarding draft-walton-bgp-path-type-00.txt
I have question.

Does anyone know, PATH_TYPE Attribute supported on IOS 12.3.
I've tried to find this on IOS supported feature but I couldn't find
anything.
