PPP Multilink

Hi,

Since PPP multilink allows different type interfaces to be bundle together is
there a way to specify the order in which different links are brought up?

For example, say a router has a serial link that's permanently connected to a
remote router and both the local and remote router also have bri interfaces
and async interfaces.

How would I configure the router so that at a certain load threshold, the
router brings up the first bri channel, and then the second B channel and then
the async line?
