Hi Peng

It is the % load of the Interface and not the individual channel. When
the load on the interface reaches the 50% of the bandwidth then it
should dial the second channel automatically. As it works on the scale
of 0 to 255, 127 will not satisfy the condition as 50% of 255 is 127.5,
so use the threshold value as 128. And by default it applies on the
outbound interface if you have not mentioned anything. So it is best
practice to use either statement at the end of the command.
