Perhaps the error message is really not describing the real problem the
router is having with what you typed, which was, "net
56.0009.6666.0000.0000.66"
My understanding was that NET numbers would always end in .00
Perhaps your router doesn't like the .00 NSAP but is sublimating its NSAP
issues and complaining about changing of router area number instead.
