After you issue the csim start command, you have about 15 seconds to issue a
command on the router that you are calling to verify that the call is going
through. That command is:

show voice port | include Operation State

That command is case sensitive. The output will show either UP (ringing) or
DORMANT (not ringing) for each voice port.

I hope this helps. It is better than trying to interpret the csim output.
