If you search the archives you will see a lot of good recommendations.
The Cisco Doc CD QoS Configuration Guide really is a good source of
information on QoS. Don't expect to understand everything on the first
reading unless you are a certifiable genius. ;) I would suggest reading
the entire Doc CD QoS guide very carefully - more than once.
"Cisco AVVID Network Infrastructure Enterprise Quality of Service
Design", August 2002 can be found at the bottom of this web page.

TAC has a QoS page, which requires a login, but not a customer login. I
was able to get to this page using the same login ID that I created to
access the CCIE Lab online scheduling.

"Planning for Quality of Service" covers a lot of territory:
http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/rtrmgmt/ciscoasu/class/q
pm1_1/using_qo/c1plan.htm
"Quality of Service for Voice over IP"

.htm#xtocid15
That should get you started.

Hi,
QoS topic is one of the most that I couldn't understand well from Cisco
on-line documentation. Is there a very good material/books/scenarios
that
you recommends ?
