Hello NetChild,
QoS is a difficult topic, and takes time to learn, there are previous
postings here on groupstudy that you can read and try to learn. The DocCd
has some good documentation. There is a book called IP Quality of Service,
that is also good. Finally the lab workbooks often have QoS problems that
you can work through. I have found that by working on the technology on
your router, with supplemental reading should help you understand the
technology better. For me I also had a hard time initially grasping the
technology when I first read it, but when I started to work through some
labs, then go back and read some more, it made better sense to me.
Hope that helps.
Sincerely,
Matijevic
