LB routers using local director

Can anyone help?

How do you set up return to sender on IOS 12.0 and
up? On my lab at home for fun I was going to load
balance two routers using an old local director.

At the moment I am just using static routes on
everything.

I think on R4 I need to do RTS or some kind of policy
route to make sure traffic is returned back over the
same link it arrived on.

For right now I'm stumped???
