RMON testing issue

I've been trying to test the RMON config from Cisco's page
http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/477/RMON/18.pdf

I've downloaded and installed KiwiSyslog and normal SNMP traps are
working just fine.

When I hit the rising-threshold and falling-threshold I'm getting my log
entries under "sh rmon event" but I'm not getting anything sent to the
server.

Event 2 is active, owned by me
Description is HIGHOCTETS
Event firing causes log and trap to community rmon, last fired 23:45:39
Current log entries:
index time description
1 23:43:19 HIGHOCTETS
2 23:44:53 HIGHOCTETS
3 23:45:39 HIGHOCTETS

When I run debugs on snmp I see the normal traps being sent but I don't
seen anything when I reach my RMON thresholds.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Jamey
