Yes the e0 net will be included in advertisements out s0, eo will just not
send updates
or establish an adjacency. If the requirement says e0 net is not to be
included in updates
then I would say #2 is correct, except the mask needs to be a wildcard mask
not a net mask.

Which one is correct? The answer is one. But in 1,
subnet of e0 is still advertised in eigrp. I think e0
is included in EIGRP, although it's in passive mode.
