Could not be any happier.
If I had to guess you have an image more then 16 mb and your current TFTP
server does not support it. You can as well fix it by upgrading the server.

I use the freeware tftp server (windows version) from
www.solarwinds.net. It has some error recovery and haven't had any
problems sending files that failed with Cisco's tftp server...

I have had many tftp programs choke on large files. For instance trying

tftp
12.2 enterprise on a 3660. It continuously died at about 17 meg.
Try doing ftp. It is faster and more robust anyhow.
