Thansk to all who have responded. Dave was right, it was the timer, I
changed it and it worked. This is troubleshooting 101 , check the basics

That sounds like it might be the 16 megabyte limit. Many older TFTP
implementations didn't support files that big. If it's an older UNIX server
you're using, that might be it. Try Solarwinds or updating the TFTP daemon.
Or FTP. But Dave's right, sometimes a vty line timing out due to inactivity
might drop your session. Are you kicked out of the telnet session, or do
you get an error message back from the CLI?
