Hi Dave,

It shows me a lot of register error and something like "force system to
crash" and writingsomething to "crashinfo"

I changed to another images "rsp-isv-mz.121-20.bin" but this time the
gigabit Ethernet module disappeared, ATM OK.

I then change to another image "rsp-p-mz.121-20.bin", this time all
interface disappeared (Giga + ATM)

Finally I use rsp-pv-mz.121-19.E1.bin, it works.

Just want to verify whether my VIP modules microcode need to be upgraded
to compatible with the IOS image. If yes, please tell me a good link
about this.

Also, I have a slave RSP, am I need to do anything to make the master and
slave sync?

Thx,

BBD (Big Black Dog)

When you say you can not boot the .19 image can you be more specific,
what happens, any error messages etc.?

Off the top of my head it should boot the image. No you don't need a
RSP 8 or 16 and the boot images do not have to match.
