I had never configured PPP Over ATM,I don't know how to configure.
I know a virtual-template must be configured at first.

There is a ATM module in Router-1.(interface ATM 2/0)
Don't use subinterface.
IP address is 192.168.8.1,the other side is 192.168.8.254.
VPI:0,VCI:408
