Brian,
One thing that is slightly confusing is the name of policy-map INPUT in
your example. Although one easily infers that policy-map OUTPUT is
applied to the single upstream connection, you don't state exactly where
the INPUT policy-map is applied. And there are two inputs.
I guess common sense tells us that policy-map INPUT is applied to the
connection from customer "Gold", correct? Maybe INPUT-GOLD would have
been a better name.
