First of all, this question is not directly related to CCIE lab test.
Please ignore it if you are not interested.
I am having a problem with Visio 2002 SR-1. When I initially installed
it, it worked just fine. After a while, it stopped displaying the some of
the network icons when I open my network diagram. While it displays some
icons (such as routers, switches) OK, it does not display rest of the
icons (routers, switches, firewalls). All those icons were from Cisco
stencil collection. I removed the software and re-installed did not help.
It happened to my co-workers too. What he needed to do was to rebuilt
his computer from scratch. I would like to know the root cause of the
problem and how to fix.
Please let me know if it happened to you and how you fixed it.
