fixing a 2621 router hardware problem

Does anyone know where I can go to have my 2621 fastethernet router fixed. I
believe that their is something wrong on the motherboard. The following is the
message I get when I boot up the router. I have already tried changing the
memory as well as the Rmon chip without any success. I don't have any warranty
contract. Any advice would be greatly appreciated thanks,
