HK Lab Environment?

Hi Guys,

Just wana check if some one can comment about HK Lab environement.How is
the Proctor and how is Success rate going up to now? Especially as
compared to sydney?

I know that CCIE program is maintaining same labs and rules worldwide but
its still fact that good Proctor and Lab environment has its Role aswell
for success.
