Cisco has made some changes to their site. Try this website
https://tools.cisco.com/CCIE/Schedule_Lab/CCIEOnline/index.html or
https://tools.cisco.com/CCIE/Schedule_Lab/CCIEOnline/CCIEOnline as suggested
earlier. I would also recommend first deleting your web cache or trying it
from a different pc. I was also told to try my seven digit Candidate ID #
not my CSCO #. I tried both and they both seem to be working now. I found
out that this is because both numbers are active in my profile but this
might not be the case for everyone. Hope this helps.
