I seemed to have misplaced your last comment/email but I felt the need to
reply.
I went to cisco.com, type in "Service Assurance Agent" in the pretty little
text box and clicked on the fourth link and found more than I need to about
the SAA function and the corresponding "rtr" global command.
The reason I brought this up is that, how is it possible for a CCIE
candidate to not be familiar with how to search and navigate the website to
find information. Not only just for the lab, but I couldn't imagine working
in a "ccie" level position and not being able to find simple information on
the website without flooding the groupstudy list with it and then following
that up with a "Thanx a lot" message that also got send to 2000+ people.
Is it neccessary?
Regards,
Tim

Couldn't you have just searched the cisco website for it? I mean, that's all
Peter did and you could have done the same since he gave you the name of the
technology.
As a side note, Peter, do you get more hits being a triple CCIE than us mere
mortals do? *grin*
Tim
