Part of being a good SE is using ALL available resources to find an answer.
There is nothing wrong with doing the search on CCO, asking the question on
GroupStudy, calling TAC, calling the PreSales hotline (mainly for product
information), and also asking your local Cisco team for some assistance are
all fair game when trying to find an answer...all at the same time if you
want to do so to solve your problem. The fastest one to return the answer
wins... There is no wrong way to find information or answers to a question.

  And, based on the post you sent earlier, if you are going to kiss
someone's behind for being a Triple CCIE, do it offline would you? I'm sure
he gets more hits, he works for CyscoExpert. But, I guess you could have
searched through his message to find that answer, huh?

That's all there is to this nonsense, so let's get back to studying for the
lab, shall we?
