Just a guess. I would be looking for the right answer too but...
route-map something in
neigh x.x.x.x route-map something in
route-map something permit 10
match add as-path 2
ip as-path access-list 2 permit ^100_
I would think this would allow anything in that originated from 100 and
include anything it is dorectly connected too.
