Has anyone ever seen this message,

"Switch1> (enable) sess 15
Trying Router-15...
session: Unable to tunnel to Router-15 (57)"

when trying to access the MSFC from the Catalyst 6509
switch?

The MSFC is not active in terms of routing
functionality but the card is active.
