Sounds like either the memory boards themselves were fried, or the mainboard
has a couple of circuits on the memory backplane that got burned. Try
replacing the memory chips with the ones from a different, known-good router
and see if it comes up. If it does, replace the memory boards. If it does
not, you will need to replace the router, unless you have SmartNET on it.
