As well as FW IOS you need IPSec 3DES feature set. Although you could set up
IPSec with DES I would not recommend using it across the Internet.

IPSec does not support broadcast or multicast traffic passing through the
tunnel so if you require this (OSPF etc.) you need to use GRE over IPSec.

There's lots of information on www.cisco.com including sample
configurations.
