You said all the show commands for level 1. Here are some show commands
that are not level 1.
sho run
sho start
sho accounting
sho ip protocol-discovery
sho ip nbar
Plus more.

Hi,
I don't have a link off hand but a basic response is that you can adjust
the lower privilege levels. By default level 0 has 5 commands and level
1 has those 5 commands plus all the show commands. I think those are
the only predefined levels (0,1,15) but you can setup any in between
with whatever rights you want. I typically use level 0 and remove or
add rights as needed for the lowest level. Then use level 1 and
add/remove as needed for mid level rights and of course level 15 for
everything.
Thanks,
Ian

Hi. Could someone please tell me where I could find information on what
privilege levels provide what rights? For example, privilege level 15
gives all the rights - are the other levels all configurable or do they
have some defaults? A link to somewh
ere on the CD would be great.
Thanks,
Gerry
