Emad,
You will need to boot the router into boot mode. i.e. config reg 0x2101
You will then need to erase the flash. After the flash has been erased, you
should be able to issue the "no partition flash" command in config mode.
After that has been done, you can now load the desired IOS version. After
the IOS has been copied, don't forget to set the config reg back to 0x2102.
