You need to redistribute connected routes on B. IS-IS is different than
most routing protocol whereas if you redistribute it into another
protocol you won't get the connected routes for IS-IS.

routers couldn't see the isis route, why?

A,B ospf
B,c ISIS
I redistribute the isis into ospf on B, but A couldn't see
it.
