How to monitor the usage of one interface on 7500

Hi All,

We want to provide Internet connection to one of our customer, we use Cisco 7500. I know using CAR we can limit their bandwidth, but I don't know how to limit their daily or monthly usage. Could you please tell me if I can configure Cisco router to monitor it? If not what's kind of software I should use.
