Dear Folks,
I have an example of custom queuing but I forgot the point behind it , can u plz suggest a solution and describe it ,
I want to configure custom queuing on a router with a BRI interface regarding the following:
EIGRP,OSPF and IPX traffic have an average packet size of 500 and need 25 percent of the link . WWW traffic has an average packet size of 1412 and will get 10 percent of the link. The average packet size for the default queue is 700 and will get 65 percent of the link
Assign the queue to the interface
(plz describe to me in details how u calculate the queue byte-count )
after finishing this example , I want to ask for another something , I have old books like Karl solie but QoS is not well covered and I don't have newer books talking about large scale QoS like required in the new lab , therefore plz provide me with more scenarios about QoS that may fulfill my shortage in resources
Thanx in advance
