That is a prime factor, but more important, is the number of tools in
the tool bag. And anyone who shows up with a breakout box onsite is

You could ask 10 people, and probably get 10 different answers. Low
number might help, but not if that CCIE has been in a management
position for 2 years and hasn't really worked with technology. Others
that have just passed may have years of experience with Cisco and other
vendors. I'm thinking it's a headhunters polite way of saying they're
not interested in inexperienced lab-rats.
