In order to use a tcp "port", you have to be a tcp protocol. ICMP is
NOT a tcp protocol, therefore it does not have a tcp port assigned to
it.
ICMP is IP protocol number is 1. UDP is 17 and TCP is 6. Is that what
you were asking?
