AFAIK, the equipment used for C&S is the same for R&S. The difference is
in the tasks you are asked to perform.
CCIE C&S is focusing on ISP/Carrier tasks like building ISP core , MPLS
cloud, QoS policies controlling traffic inside core, provisioning MPLS
VPN customers, ....
As u can see it is different scenarios that those addressed at R&S but
still using same equipment.
