If you're using normal backup, I believe you need interesting traffic.

All,

Would failure of the primary interface alone cause the isdn to dial or
interesting traffic is needed ? I'm seeing bri0/0 changes to up/up when
the primary interface goes down/down, but bri0/0 is not dialing out.
Please advise.
